Received a notice stating it is regarding a house loan (just closed on a house 7/13/26). States they’ve been trying to reach me regarding a matter of importance as it relates to my mortgage. Says to call 1-833-402-0148 from “The Mortgage Service Center”. It has my loan lenders name, my mortgage ID #, the county the home I bought is in, and the date the record was updated with the county. I just googled the return address because I figured it was a scam.
