They sent me an email saying thank you for your purchase of bitcoin. I didn’t purchase any bitcoin. They got me to add an app on my phone saying they were going to refund the money. They asked me what the name of my bank was and told me to log into my account. They asked how much money was in my checking and savings account. Then he said omg and said you will get your money and hung up on me. I told at the beginning of the conversation I never bought any bitcoin. He then said we will send you the money back. I didn’t want money, I wanted them to stop whoever was using my name, but they said I needed to download this app so they could help me.
