These people send letters to homeowners going thru hardship in their mortgage and state false information to scare people into calling them.

They affirm your house has a auction date set when it is not true.

When I called the number on the letter the woman stated another name for the company different from the one on the letter and she hanged up on me when I told her the information was false.
