Received a pink post card in the mail appearing to be from the dealership I bought my car from stating my warranty on my car has expired. Called the number, and they had all my personal information such as address, email, phone number, year make and model of my car. They stated they were from my dealership and had a warranty offer from me. They made it seem like they were offering me a good warranty, for a decent amount. They took the $181 from my debit card. When I later called my dealership up I found they were not from my dealership like they claimed. When I went to cancel the policy the man on the phone became irate I was trying to cancel, and kept calling me stupid and other rude names. It took me 15 min of arguing for him to cancel my policy. Still no refund on my account yet
