I called a Microsoft service Technician service and reported a problem with my MIcrosoft Windows account. They got access to my account and said that my MS windows 365 was corrupted. They said that they will remove my ms account and replace it with a new account. They also said that they will refund me the 99.99 that it cost and also pay me 50.00 for my troubles. I agareed and they sent me a refund token and asked my to verify the refund using a program sent to me. I filled out the amount and insteadd of listing the 99.99 I entered, they removed the decimal point and it became 9999 in error. They said I needed to refund them the money with a gift card. I checked my account and it showed the 9999 in my bank balance. I tried to repay them as instructed by getting lululemon gift cards. I pai ofr 2000 in gift cards and they told me to give them the numbers off of the back of the cards. After I did that some of the card numbers could not be read but the one they did get were refunded to them. I then check to see my bank balance and the original 9999 deposit disappeared which I knew that then I was scammed.
