A company claiming that they were the Kenton County Clerk called and said that they were looking for my husband ******* ********** and that they needed to know when he would be home to be able to sign paperwork. This company claimed that they would wait to file just to make sure we had a good time that my husband would be home. They provided a phone number to a place called LNA Law Group. Phone number 877-505-0844. They provided a case number and said to talk with them. I called up this number and they said that there was a civil suit against my husband an attempt to defraud US Bank. They would not say when it was and they said that it was for a total of $3,132.22. They said that they were going to send the sheriff out but was going to wait until they knew that my husband was going to be available. I eventually called back the first number and when they answered they said that they were called Legal Processing Services, not the Kenton County Clerk office as stated when they first called me.
