Offers a free service for legal documents. You create a free account and your not supposed to be charged. After using the software and starting checkout 2 boxes popup. One for the 1 time free service and one for the membership. Apparently both will attempt to hit your bank and process. The free service locks up $39.00 and causes other electronic payments to bounce. Racking up overdraft fees. This is not stated in the free service, the company plays it off as it will drop off your account in 3 to 5 business days. Damage was done! If it was clear that a hold would be placed on your private account I would have gone to a different vender.
