I received numerous texts from different number using the same “account number” said I needed to call or there was going to be penalties etc. the last message I received said it was pertaining to medical debt so I called reluctantly just to make sure it wasn’t real. They said I owed 3’000 and some change to a local hospital from October 2015 I said I’ll have to contact the hospital to verify and the lady became very rude and treated they will see me in court and garnish my wages. I called the hospital and they said they have no balance for me and I’m paid in full.
