The customer service Representatives continue calling several times a day even though we have told them i did not order their products and to remove our name from their calling list. They insist that we ordered and they sent the product and refuse to give us any information regarding last 4 of the credit card number or postal service signature. They are threatening if I do not pay the $150 that they're going to continue sending product and it will be over $2,000 a month and they're going to report a negatively to the credit bureaus all three of them. I've asked to talk to managers and they refuse i've asked for the fraud department and they refuse. They have refused to send an invoice or take an alternative email to ensure we get said invoice. The representative just kept saying since we are not complying they're going to continue sending project and charging us $2,000 per month.
