They keep on sending a letter that looks like it’s from PNC Bank it looks very professional (they do state personal information about my mortgage).

The letter seems aimed at elderly people who might think it will affect their mortgage in a negative way if they don’t respond.

What it wants you to do is call this phone number 1-866-793-4888 and use the property code they supply.

All it is they are trying to sell you a bogus Home warranty plan.
