I thought I was dialing British Airways: 1-800-247-9297. I am dyslexic and instead dialed 1-800-274-9297, according to my written notes. The scamming company represented itself as British Airways, almost as if the scammers knew that people frequently inverted "247" into "274," thinking they were phoning British Airways. Another number associated with the scammers is 844-285-1133. (These scammers are particularly heartless scammers because my mother was dying and my father had recently died; hence, I needed to change a flight.)
