Another victim

Ordered an ice maker in March and have requested information several times. First, shipping delay was blamed on covid. Then, "Because we use sea transportation and international express delivery, the distance is long and the transportation time may be relatively long". Now, twice they have said item was shipped and would provide tracking within three days. That has not happened. In my last communication of August 11th I asked for my money to be refunded. I have now realized that this is a scam company. They used Walmart in the initial "ad" making it seem that the companies were connected. I am older and wiser.

I am surprised that their company still registered in U.K. And still 「Active 」？
We all know is a scammer company, why there company still there ?

Ordered cast iron pots on March 15th 2022. 3 months have past and i still have not received them. I have contact with them via email, but it is excuse after excuse. I have been told, the post office has lost my items. Someone stole them from my front door etc, etc.
now I'm being asked for proof of purchase, even though i have sent them this many times. Plus they have taken my money. Fake tracking numbers. Different company addresses. The link to the original site I purchased from has disappeared. I have been asking for a refund for the past week and i am now being ignored. I have looked up reviews online and they are awful. They have a reputable score or 0.4 out of 100 which says a lot.

Cancelled my order within 24hrs, it took them a month to respond to my email requesting the cancellation & I disputed the charges, they disputed my dispute claiming they shipped it out (a month after my cancellation request) but also we never even received the order. It went to San Antonio Texas. We live in Waldport Oregon.

On March 15, 2022 I ordered a futon/ pull out couch order #2RDJ43706PF9 and never received the merchandise. I paid $79.97 with my debit card. This is unacceptable and reported this fraudulent charge to my Banking Assoc. I am still waiting for results from this investigation.

I have ordered 2 items. One is the shed from home depot and a set of dumbells with a bonus bench with it. One for 79.90 and the other for 57.98..they took the money from my account but have not delivered the items. I've checked the tracking numbers they sent me with usps and it shows they were both delivered to 2 different states and this started on March 12th of this year. I still trying to collect either my merchandise or my money back. Still nothing.

Never got my product

I ordered a dumbell set for $50 on March 4th. I sent numerous emails about getting a tracking number and said they will reach out to the logistics team. Terrible, just terrible.. I have my receipt and email communications. Last email I sent was on April 18th. I opened a dispute with my credit card. Even though I received my money back, it's the principle of the matter. People should not be able to get away with crap like this.
