Never Received the Items - Will not refund credit card

I emailed requesting shipping information. Same as above, they answered the next day with

"Dear Customer,
We have already sent the order for you, but due to the large amount of goods and the limited number of logistics merchants, it may take a few days for the logistics information to be updated.
You can contact us if you have any questions.
I am sorry for the inconvenience."

We went back and fourth numerous times, tracking finally showed the item was delivered to the wrong address in a different state. They then claimed they would update with the correct address and re-delivered. This started 6 weeks ago!

Clearly this is a scam.

Same! the tracking number I received said the product was delivered to a mailbox in Anchorage, Alaska. I’m nowhere near Alaska.

I have sent several emails requesting a tracking number. I have recieved one reply in a language I dont even understand & not to mention, once translated, had NOTHING to do with my parcel.
I am so disgusted in the Customer Service & the blatant theft I have experienced.
These [censored] took my money & now refuse to follow thru with the shipping, let alone a way to track the item, in a language i understand.

I ordered the suitcase set on October 30th and now on December 3rd, the fake tracking number says that my package was delivered in Memphis, Tennessee, when I live in Maryland...I needed these luggages for traveling and don't have money to waste...I AM SO PISSED OFF - [censored]!
