Never received order

Ordered 2 catios from wderni limited March 2022. Started emailing to get delivery status and they could never give me anything... it's now Dec 31st and still haven't received my money or merchandise!

I ordered something on 10/31 and I have yet to receive it. I have reached out and like most complaints I’m reading, the emails are exactly the same…they blame the post office, etc. They can’t refund the money because my money is “frozen”…it’s ridiculous. Horrible company and horrible people!

Ordered my blanket over a month ago. They claimed they shipped it to me. The tracking number stated it was delivered to Michigan. I live in New York. They won't refund my money and keep giving me the run around.

We ordered a Wunshop- Pet Bag through the Wderni website on 10/31/2022 and paid the amount of 29.99 UK Pounds by CC. We never received the bag, so tried to call them on their contact phone # and it was not working. So we tried to e mail them and the e mail bounced back saying the e mail is not correct.
We tried to get the money back from my CC company and they heard from Wderni Limited that they had mailed the bag through USPS and gave us the tracking # 9400109898642558677950, stating it was delivered. This was not the case. When we checked with the post office, they stated the parcel was not received or delivered.
This a big scam and I would not recommend anyone to buy any products from this company.

Have ordered luggage set in mid October and they are only resending everytime as per communication or the delivery is delivered wrongly as per the reference or it is lost in post. When asked for refund i get email we cannot refund so accept resend, worst experience ever never buy anything here for the safety of your funds.

I ordered 2 Mac Advent kits in October. I received a receipt for the charges to my credit card. I immediately emailed them for a tracking number. Received a tracking number that showed a delivery to an Anchorage Alaska mailbox, nowhere near my home address. I’ve contacted them multiple times and received various responses: wait for a week and check the tracking number again. (No change), give them a little longer the product is on the way (never received). I keep asking them for a refund and finally filed a complaint with my credit card.

I ordered a suitcase and carry on bag. I got an email receipt from the company. When I asked for tracking info they sent a bogus tracting number. The tracking said it was delivered to another city and state. When I contacted them again they said they would resend it to the correct address. I have never received the order. I tried to dispute the order with PayPal and they said I hwd not provided enough evidence even though I sent more than what they asked for. So, even though PayPal says they back things up they don't. So now I am out $35.89. I am very disappointed not getting my order and in PayPal not guaranteeing it.

Undelivered Products

Ordered Suitecases. Received email confirmation so I email after 30 days and I was sent a tracking number. When I reacjed package and it says to allow 10 days for delivery. It has been 19 days so I tracked again and there has been no activity.

Ordered suitcase buy one get one free so I ordered 2 orders. Got receipts by email. Ordered in Oct. We are now December. I contacted them in November said item shipped told them I never received. They stated reship to correct address. I emailed for status and was told it did not pass custom. Still nothing I emailed again for status no response

No such order??

When I try to track the order with the number listed on my cc. There seems to be no such order. I don't have a pet, why would I be ordering from there? The company does not know what order I am talking about and Discover decided it was a legitimate transaction. Not sure what part of this comes close to legitimate. Never authorized the purchase, don't have anything to show for the money charged to me.

Charged for something, never heard of this company

I have a cc charge from this company Zunshop-pet bags for 25.98. When I contacted the company with the order number, they said they needed more info about the order to look it up. THAT is what I would like to know.. MORE info about what they charged me money for. I think this is a scam. My Discover card called the transaction legitimate at this point... how can they say that, as I did not authorize this purchase, nor do I have anything to show for this charge on my credit card

I ordered a nice luggage set Oct . 29th. I waited until the end of Nov to send an email asking for tracking information. I was told it shipped and to give it 15-20 days. Reached out again and said I received nothing and I still haven't received tracking number. Well got tracking package delivered to GA I love in CA. I wish I saw all the reviews before I ordered. This was a birthday present for my husband now I got nothing. How can they get away with this so easily.
