Received a notation from Home Depot for a free products I received do to a purchase I made at Christmas, The charge for the item was for shipping. But I was charged $59.93 and 99.97 from a company called ZUKSEC for which I never authorized. My CC company refuses to refund me claim saying its not fraud. I have been working on clearing it up since April 4th when the transaction took place. My CC company (US Bank) contacted me on the 2 charges to confirm I did them. I called and told them no and had me card cancelled. and to this day I am fighting to get it cleared up.

Honestly I do not know how or where they obtained my info. But The scam Zulsec keeps trying to charge my card. But it's locked. Under Zulsec it says Utilities. . Some how they've collected $19.92 from me when I'd forgot to lock my card. . Unable to locate info to call for a refund. What can I do.

I was giving a tracking number for the United States Postal office ,for delivery of a package. Gave my visa card number to be charged $2.85 for delivery. Then $59.93 was taking from my account for a pending transaction. That I didn't make with the company. The name on the pending charge is Zulsec.
