Ordered an AI robot from Zticularthxa, never received it

I ordered an AI robot names Emo from their website, Zticularthxa (zticularthxa.com), on January 6th. I paid $39 for it. When it didn’t arrive, I waited a reasonable amount of time considering it was coming from overseas, I began to worry it got lost. I followed the tracking link to discover the shipment was sent to Hawaii. I think they sent me the wrong link. I e-mailed them at [email protected], they said they’d resend it, but refused to give me a new tracking link. It is almost two months and all I keep getting is excuses. Still no Emo. I have all e-mails saved, including the original tracking number. The problem on my end is I cannot find the order on any of my cards, so I can’t ask a bank to refund the purchase. :(
