I ordered water in February 2021 my order was received my card was charged but the water never arrived. In March I sent at least 3 emails and I never got a response. I had to dispute the $96.63 charges. IT'S A SCAM

I too received an email that the order was in progress. But nothing has been received. Obviously this is a scam. I have now started a dispute through my bank.

I purchased a case of Honey from this company for $87.44 a month ago. I received two emails from a Linda Desantis, and then no more communication. I attempted to contact her and attempted to find the website. Everything seems to have disappeared, including her. I can not seem to find where I was charged. It shows "credit card" vs nothing else.

A Google Search showed a site having a food product I needed for my business. Ordered for first time from zoziloft.com on 3/12/21. The site looked very legitimate! I received a confirmation email for my order. $51 was charged to my credit card 2 days later (red flag), and order never arrived. The contact "Linda DeSantis" at [email protected] did reply to my emails. I visited the website on 4/8/21 and it was no longer in service. THIS IS A SCAM. I disputed the charge and my credit card refunded. I have not seen any additional fraud on my card but will watch very closely. I believe the site was trying to mimic a legitimate retailer zozisloft.com in California.

We are Zozi's Loft LLC a brick & mortar furniture store located in San Francisco.
People ordered food and water from a website www.zoziloft.com. This is a fraudulent website that mimics' our name. Our website is www.zozisloft.com We receive approximately 5 - 10 phone calls a day from people who purchased items on www.zoziloft.com. We inform them that we don't sell food items and that we are a furniture store and they should contact their credit card company immediately and cancel their credit card and ask for a refund.
We have been told by people who have been scammed by www.zoziloft.co that they tried to obtain cash advances and open Uber/Lyft Accounts. If you try to access www.zoziloft.com you will see that it is no longer accessible

As of 3/29/21 I haven’t received an email stating order shipped nor received my order. The address same address 249 9th St, San Francisco, CA 94103 belongs to a furniture store called Zozisloft with a different phone # ***************
