Type of a scam Online Purchase

Zovny aka zhcartapps.com dba Macy-outletshop.com

Ordered 2 "Human Dogbeds from a website url macy-outletshop.com for a total of $49.98. (I should have known better). Confirmation email from [email protected], Reply-To: Macy's Clearance Sale with the real Macy's logo in the email and a copy of my sales receipt. On the same day, my credit card was charged $49.98 by Zovny.com. No charge from Macy's or Macy-Outletshop.com. I followed my transaction for several days to track shopping which was promised within 3 days. At 6 days, the order had not been shipped and, be ng extremely suspicious of a scam I notified Macy-outletshop.com to cancel my order. In a week or so, the charge had not been credited back by "Zovny" so I notified the credit card company of the dispute and possible fraud. To date, no merchandise has been received nor have I received notification of cancellation or credit. However, the charge was removed by the credit card company but reinstated in February when some entity - I assume Zovny - wrote a letter to the credit card company with documentation that the charge was valid. I am most unhappy with the Credit card company and have submitted a 20 page document to them including reports to Scamdoc, and Better Business Bureau about this being a recurring theme with this group. I am very unhappy now with my credit card company - who is affiliated with a not for profit group supporting savings ford education. The $49.98 charge remains on my statement.

Thus this company, Russia front using the internet ??, defrauding America/Americans, took $59.99 from me by credit card/debit card, xx224, Cash App, on November 22, 2023, at 9:37 p.m. Since, I ordered this e-bike, an electric motorbike or dirt bike; I never received it and the Cash App people stated that I can not get a refund from them. Found out that the dog-gone company DOES NOT EXIST ONLINE… The ghost company used that name, Zovny that uses this name for music, events, fabrics and so forth. No electric bike company exists with this name. Lesson learned…if I can’t see it in Walmart or Best Buy…or the Honda, Harley Davison bike dealer; I will Not be getting it/buying it. Thank you for your assistance. I don’t see any resolve of getting my money back from this company unless I get the FTC-federal trade commission involved. Have a blessed day. Hide if you may…God will take care of folks! All/everything!!
