I started working for Zoom Transport and Courier Service on July17, 2020 as a Forwarding Courier. I would receive packages to my home from customers that ordered their items to be shipped their Zoom. I would print of the mailing label to the customer and take my packages to Fed Ex or the United States Postal Service to deliver to the customers. I had received several packages that I had to take 5 pictures of the items and unload them to the site and keep the shipping receipts. I would call Adam at 317-779-0024 when I get the packages and he would the labels. I am supposed to get paid $3000 once a month which would have been August 17, 2020. On August 17, 2020 I checked my bank account and my money wasn't in there. I called Adam and no answer. I sent a message on the worker portal website and Kevin responded saying I would get paid by 5pm on the 17th or by 10am on the 18th. After 5pm when nothing ever appeared in my bank account I got another message from Kevin saying I would have my pay by 10am on the 18th. I checked my bank account several times on the August 18 and nothing is in my account. I tried to get on the website and I am getting a message saying HTTP 404 website not found and no one is answering the phone when I call at all today. I have called from my phone and my wife's cell phone and no one is answering either one of us. It is 8-21-2020 and I still can't access that website still getting the Http 404 website not found.

I was scammed out of a months worth of work. No money was sent spent but my time was wasted. In times like we're in now, time is money. I was told I would receive $3000 at the end of my 30 day probation period. And today is day 30 and payday. I go to log in to my account and the website is down. My wife tries to log in, and Error 404. I'm so hurt and angry.

I started working on July thinking that it was a real company after my probation past I went to my account to see the packages, then suddenly the website was eliminated. These guys are stealing peoples money & time. stay away from these fraud people that don't have a life.

I was contacted by this company that they have a vacancy for a package handler position and that i would be receiving packages for them and sending it to their customers overseas since most of the people living outside of the United States cant purchase alot of products online because most of the online stores dont offer international shipping services so they handle that for their customers as middle men at a lower and affordable fee.The packages sometimes came in my name and sometimes with different names which made me and my wife begin to question the legitimacy of this company.My wife and I decided to do some research about job scam and found out that there have been several similar reports about these incidences on the internet and alot of people have been victims of this fraud. Hence, I am filing a complaint so they can be investigated.
