Main office received a phone call to verify listing information. When asked, she indicated that we already had an existing listing which in fact we didn't. Publicly available information was verified, and caller was directed to receive approval from Office Manager. She did not reach out for approval from OM, instead just sent an invoice to be paid claiming it was approved. When we advised that it indeed was NOT approved, Ann ([email protected]) pushed back insisting it was approved. When asked to provide proof of the previous contract/agreement for the existing listing, contract/agreement for this listing, and recording of the phone call, Ann advised she could only provide audio. Informed Ann that NO payment will be made until such items are provided.
