This was a gift card that I received. Log in and it shows I have the correct balanced, but it will not redeem the card. Contentiously says unable to process. Called customer service and was told my card is unable to be used with the merchant that is listed on the card. After looking at reviews to see if I could find answers, I found many unhappy people sharing similar issues. Most reviewers used the word SCAM and I felt the same way.
