Earlier last year, my father placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes through a website called zicowa.com. He used his debit card to place his order. A few weeks later, he received both pair of shoes, no problem. A couple of months later, he placed another order. This time it was for a men's quarter length winter coat. Once again, he used his debit coat to place his order. The coat was around $60-$70 dollars. We placed the order without any problems. The order number is (#582864). The coat was suppose to have shipped through USPS. We still don't have the coat. Today, this company has the nerve to send me an email in regards to their Black Friday Event! I WAS COMPLETELY FLOORED!!! Has anyone else had this problem with this company?
