Type of a scam Online Purchase
After that ,I contacted with pay-pal to refund my money ,they opened a case then asked me to return the item to the seller to get the refund. They gave me the seller 'address in Chinese language. Then I went to USPS and I gave them the address they translated to English because all workers in the USPS are Americans or at least speak English and nobody understand Chinese. So I paid again $92 for shipping the machine to china but I was sure the seller has another game to not receive the item . I was actually correct what I expected from her ,I sent her back the machine at 10/24/2017.Then PayPal asked me to put the tracking number and I put everything ,then she contacted me to change the shipping way, it is actually unknown way for me that she wanted because she said she has to pay very expensive import tax and it is $150 if the item shipped in another way that she provided me but I told her are you understand I already sent the machine and this not my fault you have to send me the shipping way that you need before I shipping the item .So the machine is still in the shipping and there is no any tracking information about the machine when it was reached china then the PayPal closed the case three weeks ago and they said because there is no tracking information we have to close the case ,I told them this is a scammer person and now you provide full protection to the seller but no protection to the buyer , also she contacted them and told them i didn't receive the item because the address is not correct. So I told them if the address is really wrong but I provide her phone number and her email address and USPS should contact her if the address is wrong .But she lied because now two weeks ago she contacted me after PayPal closed the case she said the goods stuck in customs and if you need really the machine you have to pay the import tax $230 because she said nobody will receive the item until you pay the import tax ,then I told her I will claim you and PayPal ,then yesterday 12/28/2017 she asked me to pay only $170 the import tax then she can fix the machine and return to me but i am sure she is a big liar and I told her until now I don't know how many victims in the untied states you scam. So now I don't need the machine only I need refund my money.
