I purchased 2 camping chairs from this company and all I received were 2 carrying cases for the chairs. NO chairs! I am trying to go thru PayPal to get my $35.99 back but have been told 2 times that a supervisor would call me and NO call. Just a few minutes ago I called and was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. Please help!

An order for two canopy chairs resulted in delivery of two bags large enough to hold child-size folding chairs. Both confirmations from Zhixin Trading Co. and PayPal clearly stated that the order was for: (Qty 2) HIGH-GRADE PORTABLE CAMPING FOLDING LAWN CHAIRS WITH CANOPY. Written response from the company ([email protected]) claimed the order was for two bags ($19.99 each) and offered to sell chairs for an additional $299 each. PayPal disputed the claim and a refund is expected when my order is returned, at my expense. NOTE: Same chairs were purchased from ACE Hardware for $25 each with no hassle.

I never received my order of 2 Canopy Lawn Chairs. Ordered on July 24, 2020. I got a notification from you that the Items shipped in July. Here we are the last day of September. I still have not received it. Pay Pal said they contacted yo and then said the item was delivered. I would like to know what company do you ship with? UPS< FED EX, USPS ect?

I placed my order on July 26th 2020 for a desktop lighted mirror, rec'd a notification that the item shipped. When I tracked the item there are no location details. On August 17th I received a handheld compact mirror. Paypal has closed my case since an item was received! It's total BS. Out $25! Paypal is a joke too, canceling my account.

Ordered VW BUS replica Cooler, (supposed to hold 12 pack drinks plus ice) received a mini toy VW Bus. In dispute with PayPal since July and now filing complaint with FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. At this point I just want this company closed down...hoping for class action lawsuit.

Had the exact same experience. Got two blue bags that reeked of rubber, no chairs or paperwork. I thought they were another scam where you get cheap, odd items you didn’t request through the mail, so I tossed them. Never got the chairs, PayPal denied my claim because this company had a receipt for sending the covers.

A Facebook add came up for a "luxury camping chair", I ordered the product but when I realized that the seller is from China I emailed them to cancel my order. I did not get any response, my product came after 3 weeks and I did not get the same product described and pictured in the advertisement. I emailed them again but I did not get any response. I filed a claim through PayPal and the seller is requesting for me to ship the product back to China. The sender address is not addressed coming from China but the address they have is Rosemead, CA. Paypal and FB are both siding the vendor. There is a FB group about Scammers from China and there is a number of them. They should be banned from selling fake products to the US

Same thing happened to me. Ordered two chairs with canopies in July. Then received only two cheap blue bags which I suppose were for the chairs, very small though. After notifying Zhixin, heard nothing from them. Have been in touch with Paypal over time in order to get a refund. They say have to return bags. Have done this at a cost of £12.00 and then will get a refund for the chairs? Zhixin Trading are scammers, watch out, read the reviews first, wish I had done so.

I got those same bags and did not know where they were from and did not associate it to the chair order. Did you ever receive a refund? I did not keep the shipping bag to return.

I ordered a HUVOLE battery chain saw. Three weeks later, I received a very tiny parcel with a one foot long chain inside. I called Paypal but useless. Paypal said that they could not do anything. The parcel was originally sent from China with a China post service sticker but covered a USPS tracking sticker on top. It has a returned address stated "JON, 2362 Bent Creek Road. Auburn, AL 36830.
Don't buy anything from this scammer vendor.

It also claims that my order was shipped. Not true. Also, the chainsaws I ordered were under the category 'clothing'. This is really sad. Paying for something that was never delivered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately, they have many different names they sell under but if you try and return an item, this is the name that comes up. Their ad states 'you can get a refund without reason' but only if you return the item which would be fine if the cost of the return shipping to China wasn't 4 times the amount of the actual product! To get a hold of anyone from the company is impossible. I disputed the charge with Paypal but they will not refund until I return the product and I refuse to spend more to send the product back then what I actually paid. AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! I can not believe Paypal would accept this company or any associated with it as the payment center. The number of complaints on this company is endless and they continue and Paypal continues to be part of the problem. I will try to use other payment centers going forward so that I can use Paypal as little as possible. This is complaint is with both Zhixin Trading Co. Ltd AND Paypal!

A pure scam company. Beware! I saw a good deal of a small circular saw on the Facebook and ordered it for about $26 including the shipment. After a month and half later, I got a small circular blade. I complained to PayPal about it. They investigated for more than a month contacting the company. And finally they decided that they must return my money, but I should return the part they sent me and give them the track number of the shipment. For the return shipment, USPS asked for about $17 and UPS asked for about $124. This is how these scam companies get away with it. I am totally pissed off. You be warned of advertisements on the FB. If the price is too good for the product and it is coming from China, it is most likely scam and once you are on the hook there isn't much you can do.
