I was working online on my computer when all of a sudden my computer started to loudly beep and there was a script that said do not shut down your computer or your computer will not be able to be turned back on. It read that I need to call a phone number to have my computer repaired so that my IP address and other information would be secure. I did this and allowed Outtasking Global Support and Mac Makers to take control of my computer to fix what I was told was wrong. Since then I alerted my Credit Card Company that I believe that I was scammed and they refunded the amount and are investigating the transaction. I am being harassed by this company. They call me multiple times a day wanting to have access to my computer again as they are telling me my email is not secure and that I am being blacklisted. They have called my stupid and ignorant when I will not let them have access to my computer. Every thing that they put on my computer is still on my computer. They call using a local phone number that makes me want to answer the call.
