On 10/15/24 purchased a boston bag from Japan website, a ZenPlus. Purchased through PayPal then PayPal take money from my Citi credit card company total of $1,584.18. Fired dispute charge to Citi, then ZenPlus merchant contact me to cancer dispute in order to get fast credit, i actually believe it so, withdraw the dispute charge from credit company on 11/11/24. So far, no refunds and the case is closed from the citi and PayPal.

Naver received merchandise and the refunds. The PayPal and the Citi said the funds has returned to merchant's bank, the merchant said funs fully credited to PayPal, PayPal said no fun credited to PayPal.
