I ordered from them on September 28th 2023. I reached out in October of 2023 for an update and originally they couldn't even find my order. They eventually found it and sent an email saying that it would be shipped shortly. That was MONTHS ago and I've reached out several times and received the same response. They will not give me an ETA or a reason for delay, and they refused to give me a refund.

the website states money back guarantee if you contact them for a return within 30 days. The pants were not the same as advertised and did not fit correctly, i contacted them with this information same day i received the package. they refuse to give a refund for the item although i'm within guidelines of returning. they refuse to explain why i cant return the poorly made product. they are advertising false products and false information in hopes of obtaining sales.
