So far so good

I have been receiving crystals with my subscription. I had one issue with my address change and they immediately resent me a new box. I haven't had any issues or scams w them yet or at all.

Hmm I got same thing n I got my crystals n email confirmation I had to keep asking for it but I got it eventually n paid extra $10 for premium crystal rock cluster along with extra 4 crystal for $9 ended up being $30. I'm sorry u couldn't get ahold of them :(

There the other receipt for my $10 premium crystal it said for amethyst n they sent me something different n I complained n there sending me my amethyst. So I think there pretty good so far...it's confusing they got two different names tho? is it universal crystal or zenmegifts gosh lol

I have been receving emails from this company for a very long time. Well over a year. They pose a company that sells crystals. It's called Universal Crystals, but the real company name is Zenmegifts. They had sent an email stating that I could receive a few box of crystals in the mail as long as I pay for the shipping. Along with that, I could get 4 additional crystals in the box if I paid $10 more. I thought that was a pretty fair deal so I paid for it. Before paying for it, there was a message stating that I would receive a confirmation email. It's been a few months since I paid for the box and have not received anything. No confirmation email or anything. I have tried calling them. The phone number is not in service. I tried emailing them. Nothing. I tried to see if there was a way to message them on their website. There isn't one. People, please do not order from this website: https://universalcrystals.com/?fbclid=IwAR3I1_i8g7Y5rK_ueglh33hffJDsbKe0MrjH2fyJ...⇄ It is one huge scam. They got $20 out of me and from what I have been reading, many people have gotten scammed. They are even continuing to take money out of people's account that has not signed up for a subscription and people who have not received any of their monthly subscription crystal boxes. Please do your research on these companies before purchasing ANYTHING!!!!
