I have received the item which looks a lot cheaper than it does in the picture in the ad. It is also poorly made and doesn't fit my feet.
Upon attempting to get a full refund within the timeframe mentioned on the return policy -https://zekear.com/pages/refund-policy-, I was informed that:
"Dear customer,
We are glad you got the item but sincerely sorry for the problem.
According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.
Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you.
Just a suggestion, if you insist on returning back, please send it to the following address:

The location of the warehouse and astronomical cost of the return fee at the customer's expanse was not mentioned anywhere in the return policy. This is flagrant manipulative, false advertising with a "return policy" that not only leaves one without the item purchased but with an additional cost worth abut the price of the item purchased.
This is a rip off and needs to be stopped.
