Zamna music festival was advertised for labor day weekend 2026 back in January. I bought a ticket at the end of January. Fast forward to august and I have yet to hear anything about the festival via email (like lineup, location, etc). I google it and see that it's been moved to November, which I cannot make. I email the company asking for a refund in mid August. I am told I can get upgraded to VIP for the November dates. I explain I don't want to be upgraded that I just want a refund. I am told that my refund will be processed on 9/15/26. Fast forward a month later I am still going back and forth about this refund I have yet to receive.
