2. In my response to this inquiry I was very firm that I was NOT interested if it would require me to use my own funds in any way. I could not do this. If that were the case I was not interested. I was assured that was NOT the case with ZAGAT. (I had already backed out of something that was requiring this. I did so because I was informed at the onset.)
3. I was provided with a coach or a trainer who was very good and patient with me which gave me some trust in the situation.
4. Immediately I was given something that I did not in any way understand the meaning of - "combined orders". This meant that I needed to send funds in order to receive my commission. It was very little - so I complied. Again, I did not and still do not understand why Zagat needs the money of it's employees to have cash flow. I began to have the fear that it was not a legitimate employer as this amount gradually increased.
5. Step by step and little by little I was required to send more money in order to receive commission. Each time and for more than a week the funds I sent to "Strike" or Metamask or paypal were put on hold for screening or security. Again, I don't know why. AND Zagat's Customer Service - NO ONE from your company explained to me that this would affect my "credit rating". I was at this time and only then, informed by Customer service when I was flat out denied to receive my commission. I had no idea that Zagat has the "credit rating" term which is NOT the same as the credit rating from Transunion and Equifax. Which by the way my credit rating was over 800 (does not go higher than 850) before all of this started. ( Now it has dropped almost 50 points because of this mess.)
6. After I was informed that my Zagat Credit rating was 400 and had to be restored to "1000 points" before I could receive my commission and be refunded the funds I sent to Zagat and the only way I could restore it would be to send Zagat $6,000. I do not have $6,000.00. If I did, I think it would be crazy to send them given the slippery slope that Zagat has put me on.
7. I have asked for the funds I sent to them to refunded to me. This otherwise seems fraudulent to use someone's money with no return and zero earned commission. I was not informed about a risk. I have read online about others who have also been treated the same and without an explanation or the understanding of this risk.
What can I do?
