There was an advertisement online with a video. Should have been my first clue. I ordered the smallest order, 3 bottles which was to have a 60% discount and paid with a credit card. After I placed the order, I received an alert from my credit card company stating that they had declined another order on my credit card from the YuSleep company for $97 for additional product. I did not order that. I still have not received my order so I called the customer service number and of course it was answered by a person who couldn't speak English very well. She tried to look up my order but told me she couldn't find it. She would have to speak with a supervisor and call me back later. I began asking her questions if she had a phone number for the actual business for me to contact. That's when she told me she had to speak with a supervisor and hung up.
