This company, listed as Yufeng Services LLC, registered a business called VANTORAX COMMERCE INC that operates a website https://vantoraxcommerce.com/ purporting to sell various home goods, tools, etc. The business license and the website lists my home address as the address of the company. I have nothing whatsoever to do with this company. This is a fraudulent business listing. I have filed a complaint with the Colorado Secretary of State business office.

A business was set up and registered using my home address as its place of business. I do not own nor operate inside this business nor have I ever owned or operated a business. It was registered under a person by the name of Qingzhong Zhang under the Document ID *********** and used a registering service in Denver called Yufeng Services LLC. None of the companies have any websites of ways to contact them. I am not affiliated with them in any way whatsoever. This only came to my attention when business spam mailers for the company started showing up to my house. No official company mail has showed up but I have verified through the Colorado Secretary of State website that this company has been set up using my address. Attached is the articles of Organization that are on the Secretary of state website for Colorado for this business
