I have charges on my card that should not be there at all I have stopped it before and it was refunded to me and I see that it keeps charging my card .I need to be refunded for every time they have charged my card and I keep disputing them and trying to block them

They have been trying to take money from my account, too. October 18, 2023. I recall browsing the web a few days ago and all of a sudden I was looking at my screen saying I have signed up for some subscription, read the fine print, that can charge my card all kinds of fees. It duped me into giving my card info by telling me that I had free trial period and wouldn't be charged for a while. The alleged service that they claimed I'd receive was then nowhere to be found. Have no idea what the company is nor do they provide any service nor product

I found 2 charges from this site on my credit card bill. I went to the site and started a chat with a representative and asked them who the vendor was. He asked me for the 1st 6 and last 4 digits of my credit card and the dates of the charges. Then he came back with an account number and told me that he had cancelled it. I didn't ask him to cancel it. I merely wanted to know who the vendor was. I asked again who the vendor was and he still wouldn't tell me. He said they were only a billing service. I then called their phone number and got the same answer. I asked them how they could give me a membership number referenced from a credit card and not know who the vendor was. The rep said they didn't have access to that information. I asked for a supervisor and got the same answer. I have no idea who the charge was from. It may have been a valid account but now it has been cancelled and the supervisor said they could not reinstate it.

What the hell service or product do they provide? They have been trying to charge my card multiple times daily. I have been keeping the balance too low, purposely, for them to take anything.
