I applied for a loan but cancelled my subscription. Now they are Charging me $39 for services not rendered.

Scammer somehow got my PayPal information. Claimed I signed up for their service when I tried applying for a loan online. When called to get refund, tried to get me to sign up for their services. When I refused, said they were only willing to give me 50% refund, then after I kept pushing back asking for a full refund, said they were willing to give me 75% refund. When I kept insisting for full refund, they transferred me to their “supervisor” who was conveniently not available and asked me to leave a message for them through voicemail
