Ordered a set of custom scrubs. Received an email that they received my order and that I would get an email when it shipped. Card was charged. Sent email asking where my order was and nothing, no response on email, phone, chat.

This company stole $80.00 from me and needs to be reported/investigated as a scam company. 

I  placed an order for an item on 11/23/2023. The only response I received was from the sale on that day. I reached out on 12/11/2023 as I have not heard back from them and they responded that the item should arrive in the week of 12/16/2023-12/22/2023 and they would send me a tracking number in an email. Never received any tracking number, or email from this company. It's 12/24/2023 and no item or communication. This company is fraudulent and committing theft as they are taking payments with the agreement for items and not fulfilling the order.
