The ad keeps popping up in the center of both WTOL tv FB sites, and Ch. 36 Fox news, based in Toledo oh. The ad then freezes my page. It says it offers a "$1,000 gift card" to be claimed, from Time Warner Cable, now Spectrum. After several times, it now shows a screen stating it will go to others, If I do not respond in five min. I have to close my iPad each time to exit the page. It cannot be blocked. I will no longer search these pages. Time warner did not offer prizes such as this one. It know my hometown, 200 miles away.
