I purchased a yorkie puppy in September the lady had me pay 600 down payment through my chime account and she never delivered my puppy i have receceits in my phone saved on the payments

I wanted to report a scam on Yorkie puppies. I went to get a Yorkie puppy because my dog recently died. I saw an advertisement in the Plain Dealer for a Yorkie Puppy. $2000 cash.Advertisement stated paper trained and papers. I called the phone number 440-522-0731. The advertisement was in the Plain Dealer May 9 2021 Page E 9 Marketplace Section. I met a woman by a barn in Lake County. I don't know her name or address. She carried the puppy out to me in the driveway.I paid $2000 cash for the puppy. She's a scam. The dog was not paper trained. She gave me a folder. No papers for the dog were included. Just paperwork on feeding the dog. I could hear so many dogs barking. She would not let me go inside. She did not give me a receipt. It is not a purebred Yorkie. I ended up selling the dog to a relative. She is running the advertisement again. Plain Dealer Saturday August 14 Page B 14 Her name is Lisa. I called and she would not give me her address. Cash only for the dogs. $1500 Teacup Yorkies.
