Still haven’t received order

Hi.

I was originally told I would receive my order Jan 2. No items have been sent to me. When tracking, it’s been saying it’s in Atlanta for two weeks. I’ve asked for a refund and they refuse to honor that request. SCAM! Email correspondence is sketchy. If you review the attached email, I erroneously stated Jan 22 but meant the 2nd.

Still haven't received items

I ordered $75 worth of products from this company. This was my first order with them. I ordered on Dec 31st. The expected delivery date was Jan.4 and the tracking info is still saying the post office is waiting for the items to be dropped off to ship. When I emailed them, they claimed their bottle filling machines were down for over a week, but are now back up. They told me my order was filled and has been shipped, but there has been no change in my tracking info.

So apparently after research this company is working under another name on Social Media "Yoni Rescue". I got scammed under Yoni Rescue, which is not registered under GA Secretary of State website. I decided to do a google search of Yoni Rescue address 9465 Main St, Woodstock, GA 30188, and was able to confirm these are the same owners working under another company called Skin Kulture. Which is registered under the GA Secretary of State website as owners Domonique Hassell (secretary), Lacy Linzy (CEO), and Prince Linzy (CFO). Same website style, same products, same reviews about never receiving their package, which led me to believe that they are the same owners. I guess they did so much dirt under Skin Kulture (per google & fb reviews), and decided to make another fake company designated specifically for scamming I suppose. I Never received my items! The tracking is stuck on usps still waiting for the package to ship for over a month. I contact usps and they confirmed the package was never received by the company. The company claims it was ship when I reached out to them on fb, and says the tracking would update. Weeks later and it never did. The last time I tried to reach out and request for a refund they blocked me on Facebook. Please beware. It's giving scam! There are other women on Facebook who was scammed as well under Yoni Rescue. I have proof of the messages and comments between these ladies. They were blocked when asked for a refund. They also delete the negative comments from the people that never received their items. I used my cash app card for payment and they denied my claim even with proof. Ive been fighting to get the word out to take these people down. Times are too hard to be scamming people for their hard earned money. They make their social media, ad's, and site look so legit. I've been fooled. Though I may not get my money back. I plan on calling them out every chance I get. Be aware!
