I purchased a basketball goal that I found on Google on 3/18/26. The store name is Shopstoo and is under Stan create your own store. It had good reviews so I had no worries. I received an email receipt with the purchase # on it that same day. I didn’t receive a shipping/delivery date and still have not. I have emailed the email address from the supposed owner of this shop requesting this information twice, no response. I have contacted the Stan support team numerous times, they supposedly forwarded my questions to this store owner also. No response. My card had been charged for this purchase that I’m worried is a scam. The support team informed me they cannot issue a refund the owner of the store has to.
