Ordered this through an advertisement. Was never able to download the app. The amount of $38.50 then started to come out of my account monthly. Despite repeated cancellation attempts, it is still being withdrawn. I am going to have to cancel my bank card in order to stop the monthly withdrawals.

Received an email from: Emilie, Yoga-Go. Offered a discount for the Yoga-Go exercise plan. As I completed the info, was asked to pay with the discount $17.49 for a one year program. I paid thru PayPal. Then was sent to Yoga-Go app. After filling out more info was asked to pay for a 1 year plan $59. So I did that and the plan start was opened. At that point I realized something was not right about the first charge os $17.49, so I went to my PayPal account and saw that the $17.49 charge was really to ACTITECH Limited, Karaiskaki 13. 3032, Limassol, Cyprus. No phone #, just an email @ [email protected], which is not an active address. I looked up the company name on the internet and found out that they have and are scamming many with the false advertising and fraudulent charges. Seems much is associated with exercise programs. They are also doing recurring charges monthly/yearly, without proper explanation. Seems this company has some very poor policies being followed.

Signed up for a one month application only. Found out they illegally used my debit card to bill me further for a full membership only a week after signing up for a month no repeat membership. When I requested my membership to be closed and a request for reimbursement of 38 dollars made in advance charge for the beginning of February that I didn't request. Illegal use of my use and retention of my card info was used. I emailed them twice before I reported the transaction to my bank. Both charges had been cleared by my bank.
