I purchased on line a personalized small round stainless steel keychain with the letter “A” attached to the chain with a gift box on Saturday May 8th st 11p.m. from a “company” called Yocartgo I used my **** credit card to make the purchase. I saw on my screen a summary of details of my purchase. They said I would receive right away a confirmation of that purchase via my email address I provided them (I assumed with an order #) it is now May 10th I have received no confirmation email from them re: my purchase. No correspondence at all. The only email address they supply under “contact us” was [email protected]. I wrote to them yesterday May 10th that I would like to receive my confirmation at their earliest convenience. I have not heard back.

I’m concerned not so much about the $$ but the fact they have my credit card number my home address snd my cell phone # I am definitely thinking this is not a legitimate company. That this is a scam. I did read after the fact on line to not trust this company. They are a scam. That you will get fraudulent merchandise Or nothing at all. I wish I had seen that before I made my purchase. Since I haven’t received anything from thrn I can’t attach an example. But I can send you a screen shot of the item. I wish I had taken a screen shot of my order summary which I normally take. For some reason unfortunately I did not take that screen shot this time.
