They caught my attention with a well produced ad that popped up as I was playing a sudoko app. The product appeared to be durable, well fitting, and comfortably functional. When it arrived it was 4 pairs of thin nylon pants with elastic waist band, poor fitting, and not at all what it appeared to be in the add. All 4 pair were wadded up in a shipping/mailing bag. No product packaging. No size tags. Just four pairs of cheap low quality pants stuffed into a mailing bag. The site claims a 45 day return policy, but I have been getting the run around. At their request, I sent photos of the product and the mailing label. They came back and requested photos of the product packaging showing the size info. Since there is none, they now want me to take photos with a tape measure showing dimensions.

So I was directed to some flexfit work pants which I needed for my job. On the website, they show flexible, high quality, water proof, cut proof pants. They were "going out of business" so they were heavily discounted. I order two pairs, but somehow got charged for four pairs. When they arrived, the pants were too small, low quality polyester ripstop pants obviously shipped directly from China. When I contacted customer service via email, "Sophia" said they could replace them if I sent them $50 or they would refund me 10% and I could keep the pants (which I can't even wear!) Its obvious the advertised pant is not the same product they ship.

I ordered two pair of pants 38-34 the ones I got was maybe 30-28 I couldn't get one leg in them. I ask for a refund and return label they said it would be 24-48 hours for them to respond back it's been over a week and I have not heard from them just want a refund and return label.
