LED Lighting Scammer

They used the names Herry and Eric or whatever they come up with.

This factory/person working for this factory said they had some lighting from a US warehouse but then issued fake tracking numbers (1kg/2.2lbs for 28 pcs which should weigh around 200lbs). Then they never sent the fixtures, and won't return the $1800 wire transfer.
