My daughter purchased a prom dress on mentioned website. She was sent the wrong item, and when contacted via email, the company tried to convince her to keep it for a 20% refund. When we declined (dress was very poor quality and nothing like what she ordered), they gave us the following address to ship back at our cost (which was $35!):

They have refused to provide a shipping label or provide a US address, even though website has South Carolina address:
