I ordered my prom dress with express shipping which was $29.99 , a rush order which was $30.00 , and a worry free delivery that was I don’t remember how much. Ordered it in April 4th , my prom was April 26th . My dress didn’t get shipped until April 25th or 24th and it didn’t come in until April 28th . The ups lady who where delivering my package told me that she could refuse the package for me and I could get my refund and they keep saying that they can offer me a 50% refund and I can keep the dress but I don’t want the dress anymore I just want my money back and they don’t want to give it back .
