They call me once or twice each week asking for money- also they identify as collector. They insist saying I have agree verbally to a marketing strategy which is not true. They use many numbers and sometime they also use different companies names.

Initially I got scammed by a company called online provincial phone book and I believe they simply passed all my info to all the other scam companies related to them.

Block them- do not answer the phone - and DO NOT PAY ANY DOLLARS TO THEM

JW Publication sent my business an email via quickbooks asking for a payment of 995.95. Not only did I/anyone at the business NOT agree to having any advertising on these pages, but the billing info 1) isn’t addressed to the correct business 2) isn’t the correct address 3) isn’t even the right city. So, either this company is completely careless in handling consumer information or this company sends out invoices to whomever they can in hopes the information isn’t fully read and the business just pays. I’ve googled JW Publications and this is NOT the first time they’ve sent out invoices to unsuspecting businesses.

We were sent an invoice for an online business listing, and my employer had paid it months ago, thinking it was a legitimate company. But just recently, another company called Quebec Inc has sent us a PayPal invoice with the same amount, so we had looked back on both invoices and realize these are both scams. We are not quite sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated! I have attached a PDF File with the invoice that was sent to us.
