Sconces arrived damaged and unusable. The consumer initiated a return via customer service as per the websites return policy. After correspondence via several emails, the consumer was denied the necessary information (address, etc) to return the broken merchandise and receive a refund. The fraudulent return policy practice is that the consumer is not able to return broken products to this company for a refund, as return information is not authorized or provided.
