I received an email from my bank that a suspicious activity was taken from my debit card and I acted immediately and closed my card. They took 518.00 out of my account. I called my bank first thing the next morning and filed a fraud complaint with my bank. Now they have taken over my other accounts using Amazon digital. I have the emails they are sending and not giving me access to my Kindle account, my photos Alexa. Because my bank is investigating them they have taken over everything to do with Amazon. I have taken screenshots of my email account but because they have all my apps held hostage so I sent my screenshots to my husband so I don't lose them. This took place at 430 Pacific time and 730 Eastern. I do have all the emails they are tormenting me on my email.

I opened up my Yahoo Mail, and in the Spam Folder, it said, That the Geek Squads, are renewing my Subscription, on Security with them in the amount of, $562.68. They They gave me a number to call, which I did! But, I notice that there was no other noises, in the background, like other Peoples talking, are Phones going off! That when I said that, "You're not the real Geek Squad", and I'm calling The Better Business Bureau, on you! They hung up, in my face quickly! OH! Another thing that I noticed is, the lady, that introuced herself, is Regan Mitchell, from email: [email protected]... But, when I finished reading the Email it said, "Thankfulness Again", Bobbi, Pugh and then her Address.

I opened up an email stating that I could get a Starbucks Stanley cup. All I had to do was pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. So I did so. Then, I see in my bank transactions, a charge for $9.95 from my bank account. I didn’t think about it being a different amount. One week later, there’s another charge for $129.23 taken from my account. As soon as I saw the second charge I called the phone number from my transaction sheet. I got a run around. They told me that they sent me an email giving me a chance to cancel. But, because I didn’t cancel that was the same as authorization. They would cancel my account. But they would not refund my money. I never received a second email through which I was supposed to cancel. I even went back and checked my spam and trash for the email, but couldn’t find anything from them.

I was logged out of my Yahoo email account that I’ve had for over 20 years and have never had any problems with my email account. Last night (Sept. 20) when I attempt to check my emails as I always do and was shocked to see that it said that I had “Signed Out” and I needed to Sign back in. This puzzled me because I knew that I had not Signed out of my Yahoo account. So I tried to sign in to my account and received the message that my Password was invalid. Knowing that message couldn’t be correct, I tried signing in again and continued to receive the invalid message. I then pressed the security question button and the security question were question that I did not choose and so I could not answer (ie: where did you meet your husband & what is the last name of the Best-man at your wedding… I’ve never been married in my life). I tried getting assistance from the “help chat”, and was told that they could not help me with my problem. I went to sleep because I was becoming extremely frustrated with this situation because it wasn’t even offering me the option to change my Password. This afternoon I attempted to fix this problem again by calling the 800 number that they kept suggesting. They also suggested this number yesterday, but I wouldn’t call it because it said that the number was for Yahoo Assistance with getting into your account but there was a charge. Anyway I called the number today because I had no other options. The 1st time I spoke to a gentleman named Allen that hung up on me after telling me to go to another yahoo page for help, then he just hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to a lady named Rachel. After explaining my frustration to Rachel I was told that she could get me back into my account but there would be a cost. I was already extremely upset, and this information just Set Me Off! I could not believe they were holding my emails Hostage for money, and I definitely expressed this anger to Rachel. I then asked her, how much was the cost (thinking it was a one time cost)… When Rachel explained to me that it would cost me $12.99 a month because I had to get a monthly subscription in order to have access to my emails… I LOST IT, and told Rachel that I was definitely going to reach out to the ScamPulse.com and file a complaint! I don’t even have the language to state how disgusting this is to me, but I know that it REEKS of a Scam and Fraud! People need to know about this ASAP, SO PLEASE HELP! Thank You
