Total money lost$65,000 Type of a scamOnline Purchase
This company is fraudulent.
Owner “Jorge Gomez” is fraudulent and signs as a sales associate on paperwork trails.
“Wyss” original owner “Mike” has a company registered in CA under his name. Jorge tells people he bought the company but instead made a new entity with the name Wyss in it. The wyss name and reputation IS NOT what it seems. This company will scam you. Mike is still present at the Belle Garden location. We have seen him there. When you try and contact Jorge he ignores calls, pretends someone else is the manager and tries to email you instead of call.
Jorge steals peoples money when they are trying to get a food truck. He promises the old “wyss” production, but does not deliver. He fraudulently signs paperwork, undelivers, misleads businesses, and is a scam artist.
If you check the president of the “Wyss bros” company, it is Under a different name. If you search those names in the database, it brings multiple businesses having to do with truck manufacturing, all inactive or fraudulent.
DO YOUR RESEARCH. An online search shows him as the owner of “So Cal Cater truck inc”. He has history of working at a car dealership so he knows his way around fake paperwork for vehicles.
